Shawarma's are pretty much one burnt piece of chicken breast, a ton of lettuce, and some hot sauce. That is NOT a shawarma. I really can't figure out why Chicago doesn't have any decent Arab food as most Arab/IndoPak/Muslim people from Chicago have been to the fabled Dearborn at some point in their lives.
